Cuire le riz selon les instructions du paquet. R\u00e9server au chaud.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2. Couper les SWAP Filets en cubes. \u00c9plucher et couper les carottes en rondelles. Rincer et couper la courgette en quarts de rondelle. \u00c9plucher et \u00e9mincer l\u2019oignon et l\u2019ail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3. Faire chauffer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une grande sauteuse. Ajouter les cubes de SWAP Filet et faire revenir 3 \u00e0 4 min \u00e0 feu moyen-vif. Saler, poivrer et r\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4. Dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, faire revenir l\u2019oignon avec 1 CS d\u2019huile d\u2019olive pendant 2 min \u00e0 feu moyen, sans coloration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>5. Ajouter ensuite les carottes, les courgettes, les petits pois et l\u2019ail. Faire revenir 5 min.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>6. Puis ajouter le curry et le lait de coco. Couvrir la po\u00eale et laisser mijoter pendant 10 min jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la sauce \u00e9paississe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>7. Ajouter les cubes de SWAP Filets grill\u00e9s, m\u00e9langer et cuire 2 min suppl\u00e9mentaires. Saler et poivrer \u00e0 convenance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>8.
