Rincer le riz plusieurs fois jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019eau de rin\u00e7age soit claire, puis \u00e9goutter.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2. Placer le riz et l\u2019eau froide dans une casserole et couvrir. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, laisser bouillir 5 min, puis r\u00e9duire \u00e0 feu tr\u00e8s doux et poursuivre la cuisson 10 min, sans retirer le couvercle. Une fois le temps de cuisson termin\u00e9, retirer du feu et laisser reposer 10 min avec le couvercle.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3. Faire chauffer le vinaigre de riz avec le sucre et le sel dans une petite casserole, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 dissolution compl\u00e8te du sucre. Laisser refroidir.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4. Verser la sauce vinaigr\u00e9e dans le riz et m\u00e9langer d\u00e9licatement pour ne pas \u00e9craser les grains de riz. R\u00e9server jusqu\u2019au dressage.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>5. Pr\u00e9parer le SWAP Filet. Faire chauffer le four \u00e0 175\u00b0C. D\u00e9layer la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs avec 1 CS d\u2019eau. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la sauce soja, l\u2019eau, la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs d\u00e9lay\u00e9e, le sucre et le gingembre en poudre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>6. Couper le SWAP Filet en cubes. M\u00e9langer avec la marinade pour bien les enrober de sauce. D\u00e9poser les cubes de SWAP Filet avec la marinade sur une plaque chemis\u00e9e de papier cuisson. Enfourner pendant 12 min, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient bien caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>7. Sauce. M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un bol.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>8. Pr\u00e9parer la garniture. \u00c9plucher la carotte puis former des rubans \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019un \u00e9conome. Couper le concombre en fines tranches. Couper la mangue en cubes. Ciseler la coriandre.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>9.
