Faire chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C. Placer le poivron entier sur une plaque de cuisson chemis\u00e9e de papier sulfuris\u00e9. Cuire pendant 30 min.<\/p>\n<p>2. Retirer le poivron du four et le d\u00e9poser dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique pour garder l\u2019humidit\u00e9. Laisser refroidir \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante. Une fois refroidi, retirer d\u00e9licatement la peau du poivron et les graines. Couper la chair en lamelles.<\/p>\n<p>3. \u00c9plucher et hacher l\u2019ail. Laver et s\u00e9cher soigneusement les feuilles de basilic.<\/p>\n<p>4. Placer le basilic, l\u2019ail, les pignons de pin, le parmesan, le sel et le poivre dans un petit mixeur. Mixer pour obtenir une p\u00e2te. Ajouter l\u2019huile d\u2019olive en filet et mixer de nouveau. R\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n<p>5. Faire chauffer un filet d\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 feu moyen. D\u00e9poser le filet et faire griller environ 4 min de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019il soit bien dor\u00e9. Couper le filet grill\u00e9 en longues tranches.<\/p>\n<p>6. Ouvrir le pain \u00e0 panini. Tartiner g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement de pesto l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du pain, puis d\u00e9poser successivement les tranches de fromage, le poivron, les tranches de filet SWAP et la roquette.<\/p>\n<p>7.
