Pr\u00e9parer la sauce. \u00c9plucher, \u00e9craser ou r\u00e2per l\u2019ail et le gingembre. M\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un bol. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>2. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition une grande casserole d\u2019eau. Ajouter les nouilles, puis retirer la casserole du feu. Laisser reposer 5 min pour que les nouilles se ramollissent, en remuant de temps en temps pour les s\u00e9parer. \u00c9goutter et rincer \u00e0 l\u2019eau froide. R\u00e9server.<\/p>\n<p>3. Couper les filets SWAP en tranches. Concasser grossi\u00e8rement les cacahu\u00e8tes. Hacher l\u2019oignon vert, la coriandre et le piment. Couper le citron vert en quartiers.<\/p>\n<p>4. Faire chauffer un wok ou une sauteuse avec un filet d\u2019huile. Faire revenir les tranches de filet SWAP 4 min, ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils soient bien dor\u00e9s, \u00e0 feu moyen.<\/p>\n<p>5. Ajouter les nouilles, verser la sauce et 40 ml d\u2019eau chaude. M\u00e9langer et faire revenir \u00e0 feu moyen pendant 2 min. R\u00e9duire \u00e0 feu doux et poursuivre la cuisson 1 \u00e0 2 min.<\/p>\n<p>6. Servir le Pad Tha\u00ef dans des assiettes creuses ou des bols. Garnir avec les cacahu\u00e8tes, l\u2019oignon vert, la coriandre, le piment et un quartier de citron vert.
