Les faire cuire \u00e0 feu doux avec une noisette de margarine, \u00e0 couvert, pendant 30 min. Retirer du feu, ajouter le sucre, laisser caram\u00e9liser, puis d\u00e9glacer avec un trait de balsamique. Enrober les \u00e9chalotes.<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>Cr\u00e9meux au thym :<\/strong> fouetter le cream cheese avec la cr\u00e8me de soja et du thym effeuill\u00e9. Saler l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. R\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n<p>3. <strong>P\u00e2te feuillet\u00e9e :<\/strong> cuire la p\u00e2te entre deux plaques 12 min \u00e0 180\u00b0C jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle soit dor\u00e9e et croustillante. Laisser refroidir puis d\u00e9couper en rectangles r\u00e9guliers.<\/p>\n<p>4. <strong>Filets SWAP :<\/strong> faire chauffer un filet d\u2019huile dans une po\u00eale, saisir les filets 4 min de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9. Laisser ti\u00e9dir puis trancher en biais.<\/p>\n<p>5. <strong>Montage :<\/strong> sur un rectangle de p\u00e2te, d\u00e9poser un peu de cr\u00e9meux au thym puis alterner \u00e9chalotes confites et tranches de filet SWAP. R\u00e9p\u00e9ter une seconde couche puis refermer avec un rectangle de p\u00e2te. Terminer avec le cr\u00e9meux au thym \u00e0 la poche.
