Couper les SWAP Filets en lamelles. \u00c9plucher et \u00e9mincer l\u2019oignon blanc et la gousse d\u2019ail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2. Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer l\u2019oignon, l\u2019ail, le jus d\u2019un citron vert, le cumin, le piment doux et une pinc\u00e9e de sel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3. Arroser les SWAP Filets tranch\u00e9s avec la marinade et masser pour bien les enrober. Laisser reposer les SWAP Filets 15 min au frais.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>4. Couper les poivrons (ou les carottes) en lamelles. \u00c9plucher et \u00e9mincer l\u2019oignon rouge. Faire chauffer 1 CS d\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une grande sauteuse. Ajouter les oignons, les poivrons (ou les carottes) et le paprika et faire revenir 10 min \u00e0 feu moyen. Retirer du feu et r\u00e9server les l\u00e9gumes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>5. Dans la m\u00eame po\u00eale, faire revenir les lamelles de SWAP Filets marin\u00e9s avec 1 CS d&#8217;huile d\u2019olive pendant 3 \u00e0 4 min \u00e0 feu moyen. Ajouter les l\u00e9gumes saut\u00e9s et arroser avec le jus d\u2019un demi citron. Laisser mijoter pendant 3 min suppl\u00e9mentaires. Saler et poivrer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>6. Pr\u00e9parer le guacamole. \u00c9craser la chair d\u2019un avocat avec une fourchette. Ajouter l\u2019ail press\u00e9, 1 CS de jus de citron, le cumin, la coriandre en poudre et une pinc\u00e9e de sel. M\u00e9langer et r\u00e9server au frais.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>7. Au moment de servir, r\u00e9chauffer les tortillas une vingtaine de secondes au micro-ondes.
