Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer l\u2019huile d\u2019olive, les herbes de Provence, une pinc\u00e9e de sel et un tour de moulin \u00e0 poivre. Badigeonner le filet SWAP (entier ou tranch\u00e9) avec la marinade et laisser reposer 15 min au frais.<\/p>\n<p>2. Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parer la sauce Caesar. \u00c9plucher et hacher l\u2019ail. Mixer ensemble le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf, l\u2019ail, le parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9 et les c\u00e2pres.<\/p>\n<p>3. Incorporer ensuite l\u2019huile et le vinaigre tout en continuant \u00e0 mixer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une sauce onctueuse. Ajouter un peu de cr\u00e8me liquide pour d\u00e9tendre la sauce. Saler et poivrer si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n<p>4. Rincer et s\u00e9cher les feuilles de laitue, puis les m\u00e9langer avec un peu de sauce Caesar. Rincer et couper la tomate en tranches. Couper le filet SWAP marin\u00e9 en tranches. Fendre la baguette en deux.<\/p>\n<p>5. Garnir la baguette avec la laitue, les tomates, le filet SWAP tranch\u00e9 et des copeaux de parmesan. Arroser g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement de sauce Caesar.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Malin :<\/strong> Pour une sauce v\u00e9gane, retirer le jaune d\u2019\u0153uf et remplacer le parmesan par une alternative v\u00e9g\u00e9tale.
