Yes, it is made using Non-GMO soybeans.

SWAP plant-based chicken contains 19 grams of protein per 90 gram filet. 

The primary protein source is soy. Soy is a good quality plant-based protein, which contains all nine essential amino acids in adequate proportions required for human nutrition. 

It is high in protein from plant sources with a lower environmental impact, making it a good alternative to traditional meat.

SWAP Chicken is best before 12 months when frozen. Once thawed, keep refrigerated in its original packaging and consume within 3 days. Note, it should not be refrozen once thawed.

SWAP is a vegan chicken alternative that is produced in France.

Yes, plant-based meats including plant-based chicken are known to have a better impact on the environment than animal products. Our preliminary Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) confirmed this better impact for our SWAP Chicken product. With the recent opening of our large-scale manufacturing facility, we are conducting a new LCA to understand our impact. We will share our sustainability findings once they are available. 

SWAP Chicken is perfectly safe to consume without any prior cooking or seasoning. However, for the best flavor and experience, we recommend cooking and seasoning it as you would a conventional chicken breast.
