INGREDIENTS

1 SWAP vegan chicken filet
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
3 oz chopped Romaine lettuce
3.5 oz Caesar dressing
¼ cup garlic croutons
2 tbsp shaved parmesan (use vegan parmesan for fully plant-based)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Season the SWAP vegan Chicken filet well on both sides with Cajun seasoning. Grill for minutes on each side.
  2. Toss the Romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and garlic croutons and arrange on a plate.
  3. Slice the SWAP Chicken filet and top the salad.
