1 SWAP vegan chicken filet
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
3 oz chopped Romaine lettuce
3.5 oz Caesar dressing
¼ cup garlic croutons
2 tbsp shaved parmesan (use vegan parmesan for fully plant-based)
DIRECTIONS
- Season the SWAP vegan Chicken filet well on both sides with Cajun seasoning. Grill for minutes on each side.
