10 SWAP vegan Chicken filets
Marinade:
2 cups olive oil
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ shallot, minced
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
8 sprigs fresh thyme, stems removed
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 tsp honey

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk the marinade ingredients well to combine.
  2. Marinate the vegan chicken filets for a minimum of 30 minutes and up to 24 hours in the fridge.

  4. Grill or griddle the filets for 4 minutes on each side.
