There are so many ways to cook SWAP Chicken
Cooks evenly every time, making each bite consistently delicious!

Oven
Preheat oven to 338°F. Brush the frozen SWAP Chicken filet with oil and season. Place the frozen filet on a baking sheet and bake for 14-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Pan Fry
Heat 1-2 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat. Season the thawed filet and cook for 4 minutes each side for a delicious, golden brown vegan chicken.

Grill
Preheat BBQ/grill to medium. Season the thawed SWAP filet with oil and your favorite spices. Grill 3 minutes each side until you see the desired grill marks.

Air Fryer
Season the frozen filet with your favorite spices and place it in the air fryer basket. Cook from frozen at 338°F for 9 minutes or until the filet is golden brown.

Breaded
Dip the frozen filet in a breading of your choice (ex: flour, wet mixture, breadcrumbs). Preheat cooking oil in a deep fryer at 365°F then fry the filet for 4 to 5 minutes.

Marinated
Place the frozen or thawed filet in a container and cover with your favorite marinade. Can be cooked right away or placed in the fridge overnight for even more flavor. Cook using your preferred method.
