INGREDIENTS
90g SWAP Chicken Diced
1 pre-prepared pizza crust
1/3 cup BBQ sauce
½ red onion sliced thinly
3 oz white cheddar
3 oz mozzarella
1 tbsp roughly chopped cilantro
DIRECTIONS
- Spread BBQ sauce over the pizza crust.
- Add both cheeses.
- Top with diced SWAP Chicken and red onion.
- Bake at 425°F for 6 to 8 minutes or until cheese is browned.
- Sprinkle with chopped cilantro, slice and serve.
