INGREDIENTS
Cream cheese spread
- 50 g of vegan cream cheese
- 1/2 shallot
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon of capers
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Salt and pepper
Sandwich
- 1 bretzel bun
- 1 SWAP Chicken filet
- 2 slices of vegan cheddar
- 1/2 red onion
- 1/2 tomato
- 1 handful of arugula
DIRECTIONS

- Peel and chop the shallot and garlic. Finely chop the capers and parsley.
- Add the cream cheese, chopped shallot, garlic, capers and parsley in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Peel and slice the red onion. Rinse and slice the tomato.
- Split open the bread lengthwise. Generously spread the inside of the bread with the cream cheese preparation. Garnish with the slices of tomato, onion rings, SWAP filet, cheddar slices and finish with a handful of arugula before putting the top half of the bread.
